Nedbank tyre and rim policy - terrible pathetic service.

This company is pathetic. Whilst I did get good service from Mr Banda. The rest of the it is pathetic. They agree to my claim for new rims. During this ordeal I had to put borrowed rims on Vehicle. Before I can even get the new rims, 1 of the borrowed rim get damaged and they refuse to repair that rim also. How do I return a rim to a friend if it is damaged. Does that mean I must repair it myself. I even told them send an assessor but they did not. They just said won't repair that 1 rim. have pictures. And it's at a reputable company. This company is ridiculous. It's not the person behind the phone. It's the company policy that needs to be looked into.
