Nedbank stole my money

On the 31Oct15 I paid MFC R1500 and my due date for each month is the 7/11. I was waiting for money to come in to my account so that I can pay the rest of my instalment for MFC. On the 11Nov15 I got this odd amount that went out of my account R770 with ref B9933, I was so shocked and phone Nedbank because someone is *****ing money out of my account. Phoned Nedbank and call centre told me its MFC that took money out of my account. I couldn't believe it why would they take money out of my account without my knowledge and consent. I phoned MFC to ask them WHY? and WHO? gave them the authority to take money out of my account and also that was my last money, I don't have anything left any more. On the 13 Nov 2015 at 16:30 I spoke to a staff member that answered my Questions: \because we can and I was 3 days late to pay the rest of my instalment". Also this staff member didn't want to give me his Name and surname in the credit department of MFC. And when I told him if he doesn't help me I will send an email to Mike Brown he told me I can go ahead he doesn't care. I was so angry that I blew it.
