Nedbank starting to be the worst bank

Today we spoke to Thobeka Tshonaphi, very unhelpful arrogant person. One would swear that MFC belongs to hee. I was double debited leaving my kids with no money to buy food as my wife was not working hence my car payment fell behind with one month, tried to make arrangements but they said too little. When I ask the "Ceo " Thobeka Tshonaphi of MFC TO AT LEAST REQUEST HALF OF THE EXTRA DEBIT she said they can't. I requested to speak to a manager, her reply she sent a request I asked what the SLA is there is no time around according to her.
