Nedbank Motor vehicle finance not willing to assist

I have requested help from Nedbank vehicle division they never get back to me they do not want to assist me they harrase me constantly for a payment they say I am behind. I went through a bad patch where I lost my job my interest rate is redicolius I have asked for assistance but they are not willing to help all they do is threaten
