Nedbank motor vehicle finance dishonesty

Nedbank was financing my car . I am done paying for the car ,but till dateoney I'd still being deducted from my account. I have lodged a query and I'm given the run around with regards to paying me back money that is being refunded my money. I keep calling and sending emails but no one is willing to help. I want to know why money is deducted and who I'm paying for because to my knowledge I am done.
