Nedbank more like Negbank because negligence is the order of the day

The worst motor vehicle finance house, absolutely ***********, I sent a request for a debit order date change on the 5th of September which was meant to take a couple of days but still hasn't been done. Then they harass me about late payments when I asked for it over 6 weeks ago.
