Nedbank MFC Violation of POPI Act

I financed my car with Nedbank MFC, my problem now is i keep getting phone calls from sales people wanting me to take more credit. This is really frustrating because I never gave consent to these sales and when they call they pretend to talk about the car I’ve financed when they calling for sales. Where is the POPI act? Why do I get sales calls almost every week? How do these people have my information? I regret financing with you guys.
