NEDBANK MFC THE ****MERS

Nedbank MFC is the worst company for you anyone to finance their car with. I would suggest Wesbank or any other bank. I have been with them for the last 4 years and they have just been eating up all my money. As a woman and a first time car owner they are not helpful. I have asked for assistance on many occasions and there is always no help. There's no communication there's no help. When I call in on the help line your call just keeps getting transferred to a new agent. All their agents are dumb do not know how to speak English or can't help you. They are rude and ***********. I have an arrears of 3 months and now they want to take my vehicle away?? When I have been asking for a payment arrangement for the last 6 months. I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES I HAVE SENT EMAILS !?!?! AND EVEYTHING IS IN WRITING, I have sent them POP for all my PAYMENTS and yet still there's been no communication??? I have left messages for them to contact me and still haven't gotten any response from them. I have asked for a transactional history I have ask for statements nothing has been sent to me. WORSE BANK TO DEAL WITH HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE ITS DISGUSTING!!! AND FOR 4 YEARS I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING THIS HORRIBLE TREATMENT AND NOW THEY WANT TO TAKE MY CAR AWAY !?!? EVEN AFTER I HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS ITS RIDICULOUS!!! THE INTEREST RATE IS RIDICULOUS I AM LITERALLY PAYING TRIPLE THE AMOUNT THAT MY CAR IS ACTUALLY WORTH!?!? How are they allowed to treat clients this way and then take your money and still get away with it. Even when things are in writing??? People have been going through a hard time since covid and every company knows that companies have established knew rules and option's to hope clients and they have option's to help clients they just don't want to grant them because they want to eat up all your money. They can extend your payment options and bring down your monthly premiums but they won't because they just don't have any client services no client satisfaction and no client care disgusting I will never use Nedbank or MFC in my life and I will make sure that all my friends and family stop using their services and I will make sure that everyone knows my story and how I was ****med by Nedbank MFC
