Nedbank (MFC) Service sucks

I bought an OFFROAD vehicle through Nedbank finance, my account has now been fully paid and I would like my Certificate of Ownership. I have tried over and over again to explain that this vehicle DOES NOT need to go through the licensing Depart as it is NOT allowed on public roads. It is very similar to a Golf cart .......... when I say this all I get is oh okeyyyyyyy. Needless to say I don't hear from them thereafter. then I have to start the process all over again.
