NEDBANK MFC IS A WHOLE ****

Having had my finance for 5 years now and left with 8 months to pay it off, I missed 2 premiums and asked that I have it paid over 2 months with my actual installment, the consultant blatantly refused and told me that they will have to get my car towed. I was then contacted by 2 different agents from different collection companies telling me that they were assigned to collect my car

Now I before I include the Ombudsman in this issue, I would like to get MFC to explain how they collect a car without offering alternate payment options, are they in the business of robbing people? NEDBANK is a ****
