Nedbank MFC insurance, be very cautious!

Short version:

Submitted claim 15 April. Claim was rejected June, reason "maintenance". Claim was changed, by MFC to new claim and claim number, excluding all damages reported except one.

I had to drain my pool and have inspections done, at my cost, to write a report for MFC complaints department. Had to refill pool again end of July, again my cost, so MFC can send a contractor out for a fourth time, to come and inspect pool

It is now August. My pool light is damage because of exposure to sunlight. I replaced filter sand IL January, standing for months, rotting.

I still am waiting for feedback from MFC claims and complaints department.
