Nedbank- MFC: Don't expect any service...

I had a simple query regarding the interest on our statement regarding interest charged for the month of January. After constantly following up with MFC and eventually emailing every department to try and get an answer I finally get a response:

"Hi ,please be advised that i have no bearing on the account . We do not deal with clients or natis papers...........this is the advance department .Please contact correct persons dealing with the account -see comments "

This is the same department that their internal staff referred my query to. It seems as if nobody knows what is going on.

The complaints department try to assist me, however they just forwarded my email expecting that they would get a response.

Two weeks later and I still don't have what I'm looking for.

At least G. Maseli tried, but as for T. Josias...
