Nedbank Mfc division is ***********

Nedbank Collections and Recoveries department has been giving me the run around for more then 2 months now and still want me to wait another 10 to 15 working days for them to pay me out which is a large sum of money but they have deducted from the original sum charging me for everything when I was told that there would only be a towing fee involved. The people that are giving me the run around is Bonolo Sibande and Anton David Paulse they don't seem to want to assist and just want things to be as they say it is. I have been hearing the 10 to 15 working days story for a while now and everytime I contact them it is the same story 10 to 15 working days. I asked them to contact me or give me a contact number and they couldn't even do that.
