Nedbank - MFC disgraceful attitude and service when a car is fully paid up !

My wife paid up her car on the 10th Of febuary. All she received is an sms saying congratulations. We received no communciation about orgainisng the original ownership papares as well as any settlement letter. When I called to ask MFC the person on the phone was so rude and dismissive, saying that all they send is an sms , and there is a process to get the papers! Rude and curt. Like hes doing me a favour - disgrace. I can bet my last dollar if a payment was missed they would have been on the phone in a jiffy, but when a car is paid up - NOTHING !! Poor service, poor atitude. very very bad for the Nedbank brand. I will never finance anyuthing througjh them again, including my business.
