NEDBANK MFC Debtors department incompetence

I took finance with NEDBANK MFC on the 21st August 2023 and thereafter signed a contract and accepted adebicheck to be debited on the 25th monthly.

On the 7th October 2023 I receive a LOD which stated I owe September not sure how that occured as I provided all bank details and accepted a debicheck.

I contacted the office and spoke Batseba Letwaba who informed me that it was an administration error on their side which has led to my account not being debited. The matter escalated to the team leader Sello Reginald Mabodimo who then assigned an addendum for the contract to be amended that the initial payment date was 25th October. I was also sent an email from Mr Mabodimo that my ITC won't be affected.

I tried to apply for a consolidation loan now from Nedbank and Capitec and I was informed that MFX updated on ITC that I have a missed payment.

I am not sure why must I be affected due to the incompetence of the NEDBANK MFC debtors administrators as it is their fault that I wasn't debited.

This matter must be attended to and corrected immediately as I will be forced to take the legal route should it not
