Nedbank MFC

Very unproffessional service. They send me a message to say that my account is in arrears with R208. When I phone the number on the message I have been transfered to 6 people holding on now for 1hour and still they can't resolve or tell me why they want to deduct the money. Very, very poor and unprofessional service.
