Nedbank / MFC car auction - car natis status '******'

<p>I bought a car through a very popular and reputable auction house. I paid R80000. It was a Nedbank/Mfc repossession car. When I tried to transfer car into my name 4 days after auction, I was curbed by the fact that car still had a ****** status to it.</p> <p>I could therefore not register the car in my name. </p> <p>Three weeks later the auction house did the good thing in taking the car back and giving my money back after all the drama. To this date the car is still not sorted out by Nedbank.</p> <p>Through the 3 weeks it sat in my driveway, ( I could not even drive it because of its ****** status) Nedbank Mfc did absolutely nothing to make things better, no apologies, no calls of progress in changing paperwork, nothing, not a word. Of course they had my money so why should they now sort the paperwork.</p> <p>It’s pretty poor that one of your Nedbank people can’t do their job or just have shoddy internal procedures, then push a car through to auction, ******, and refuse compensation, help and or discount for your drama</p>
