I logged an assisted sales call with MFC, I submitted everything that was required & a lady by the name Nompumelelo Ndaba called suggesting that they list my vehicle on their vehicle sales site(can't remember what it's called) coz the offer I received for my vehicle was low; I declined that & asked her to proceed with the original offer from the dealerships quote I submitted, she said she will. This was 2 weeks ago; Now a week has passed & when I call for an update I'm told she is on leave. They know offers from dealership have a limited time frame but she leaves without providing an update or assigning my call to someone to assist in her absence. I've been given Nompumelelo's seniors number by the call centre but its not going through. The sale of my vehicle is at risk now because of this.
