Nedbank MFC and Liquid Capital Shocking customer service

Good day, on the 15th of July 2022 I called Liquid Capital to inform them that my vehicle will be due for service soon. I wanted to inform them because of the previous shocking experience I had with them in September 2021 where they didn't pick up the phone to give VW an approval for the service. My vehicle ended up at VW the whole day with nothing done because of no response for an approval. When I called Liquid Capital on the 15th of July 2022 they said the service plan has expired. On the 16th of July 2022 I phoned MFC (Motor Finance Corporation) to inquire about the 'SERVICE' I saw on the printout I receive of what I'm being billed on. MFC informed me that the service I'm billed on refers to the vehicle service done by the manufacturer of the vehicle. I informed MFC that according Liquid Capital it has expired and I don't know how things function between MFC and Liquid Capital. MFC said they don't know WHY Liquid Capital says it has expired because according to MFC it's expiring in 2023 therefore I can take my vehicle for service once it's due. On the 19th of July 2022 I took my vehicle for service as MFC gave me a go ahead. VW contacted me to request that I phone MFC and Liquid Capital for an approval for the service. Liquid Capital says I must contact MFC because MFC said I can book it for service but MFC said they don't deal with service plan therefore I must contact Liquid Capital. I'm being made to look like a fool by MFC and Liquid Capital as they sending me up and down. I requested for the issue to be escalated to management of both MFC and Liquid Capital as both customer care departments don't resolve any issues and their communication skills are very poor. They both lie by saying their managers are on meetings every time I phone and request for managers in order to have the issue resolved because no one wants to take responsibility. MFC customer care department was extremely shocking in such a way that their Resolution Specialist came to a conclusion by saying I called MFC because I'm 'phishing'. How can a resolution specialist say a customer is phishing? Instead of escalating to management, they decide to escalate to supervisors and customer care team leaders of which they also are useless. I've been stranded and frustrated for days now because of being without my vehicle as it's currently still at the dealership awaiting for an approval. We've give MFC so much business in the past to be treated like this makes you wonder is loyalty worth it.

They have no customer service and no skills to communicate with customers properly. When they want your money they quicker than *******. I would advise all my contacts to NEVER go for Nedbank MFC. I'm so frustrated and disappointed by a company with a full bunch of *********** people.
