Nedbank MFC

My experience with MFC has been incredibly disappointing. It seems their customer service only functions when they're trying to collect money. As soon as Ive settled one of my two car finance agreements, the communication completely dried up. I've sent numerous emails to *** regarding my NATIS package,I haven't received a single response. It's a stark contrast to how quickly they responded when I was still inquiring about settlement amounts. It's frustrating to see how eager they are to contact you when you're in debt – if I missed a payment, I'd be bombarded with calls – but once you've paid off your loan, they simply don't care. It reinforces the perception that banks are only interested in keeping you in debt.
