Nedbank MFC -

In Nov 2023 Nedbank financed a NP200 for me. In Jan 2026, the NP200 was impounded by the SAPS. It was a ****** vehicle. Nedbank is currently handling this problem on the following basis. NO PHONE CALLS, NO EMAIL CORROSPONDANCE TO KEEPING ME UP TO DATE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING. I have spent more than 7 DAYS on phone calls to call centers. Only to be told that the person/s working with this will phone me. BIG FAT LIE. I have sent emails complaining about services. What a joke. No reply or a phone call. Please do not use MFS for any vehicle finance, the after-sale customer service is a useful as a chocolate tea pot.
