Nedbank Insurance is frustrating

Nedbank home insurance has been incredibly frustrating. I filed a claim in October, and it's still not finalized. Despite calling almost every day, the response on Monday was that they are waiting for the manager. It's perplexing that they can swiftly debit my account every month, yet finalizing a claim seems to take an indefinite amount of time—whether it's three weeks or three years. The inconsistency is both frustrating and disheartening.
