Nedbank Insurance for Credit Card

In December I lodge a claim for retrenchment to assist to pay for my credit card.

Every month I followed up at least x2 a month with no resolution. Eventually, I received an email to say that they had refused to pay as I was not employed for more than 6 months. I sent proof that I was employed for over a year.

I receive regular emails threatening me with nonstop voice messages. I sent the proof for weeks now and complained to the collections department. To date, my emails are ignored.
