Nedbank Insurance Claim

I made a claim on my vehicle insurance with Nedbank which I have hold in high regard but the service I receive on my claim is the worst, no communication, I call them everyday only to get different updates. Honestly for once I am thinking that the Nedbank car insurance is ****. Not even an email to acknowledge my claim nothing not even a single call to give me an update as curtesy for being their client.

I have learned the hard way and I am moving far far from Nedbank services. They are the worst.
