Nedbank doesnt care

My dad an open heart surgery on the 11/01/2016, and this put a strain on his business, as he is a sole prop. He bakkie instalment did not go thru on the 7/03/2016. We received a call from the call centre the insisted that they were going to debit the money from our account. <br> My dad informed them about the situation and do not do that... as we require the funds to run the business and they can double debit the account the next month, We been banking with Nedbank for the last 20 years, and this is the first time this happen. This morning, they have debit our account without notification. this will put further strain on the business and we will be closing the business down... <br> We are owing R 10 000 on the bakkie which isn't a lot. so thank you again for closing another transport business down.. we are aware of the other case going on. <br> Is this how Nedbank work?????
