Nedbank chat service

Their chat service is disgusting. I've been disconnecyed 3 times, i first had a chat with Lucia, she told me the web chat service doesnt assist with my issue, and whe I was about to explain to her that it wasnt the first time I'm asking for assistance for my issue, she disconnected me. Second one was Nomonde, same thing, she greeted and disconnected me. And the 3rd one was Saafiyah, she told me she was checking, I waited and after 7 minutes of waiting, she asked if she can call me, I told her I was in a meeting, and she can call at one. She said she'll call, and she never did. This is the hundredth time this is happening, I even tried to call and was transferred to different agents and my call was drooped without being assisted, and 15minutes of holding. This is unacceptible.
