Just got a call from MFC and the audacity of 5he guy calling me miss when he had a my info infront of him and it clearly states that i am a man. I told him as well that i am a man and then he still calls me mam!! This is unacceptable i look at this as ************** . I put the phone down in his ear as u find it deaply disrespectful and i will not talk to anyone that does that to me
