Naye Sihoyiya - Terrible Sales Agent

I recently financed my car through Nedbank. Nedbank has given me great service so far.

However some of their employees are absolutely rude and *********. Naye Sihoyiya in particular. As this is my first vehicle that I purchased, I am unaware of a lot.

This sales agent gave me false information and told me an additional service plan was compulsory to take up. So I took up this additional plan thinking that I do not have a choice. The total amount of this cover worked out to just over R9000.00.

I phoned my dealership and they said that my service plan and warranty is included. It is ********* to give your customers false information! A sales agent cannot say something is compulsory to take up if it is not.
