Natis Letter 5 days to get a copy MFC BAD SERVICE FLORENCE MNISI

<p>We have requested a Natis letter from MFC on the 6 March all documents was send to them, on the 7 March my husband call to find out how long will it take a consultant said 24 hrs.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called today spoke to a Lerato who was not of any help at all, requesting authority letter for me to query , yet her collegue Florence Mnisi have send me a copy of this Natis document,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to get my husband on the line on a converence call inorder for her to advise when the letter will reach us, to our suprise the time changed to 5 days :(.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is so bad as we are sitting without a car for the past 2 weeks already struggle to get a certified copy of the Natis letter and MFC could not care.</p> <p> </p> <p>Florence is forever on lunch or not willing to take responsibility for emails she is sending.</p>
