NATIS documents

I requested my NATIS documents for a vehicle paid up already in 2012.

They took 3 months to only respond saying my e mail is not the same.

I previously had a work e mail that changed as well as a cellphone.

My address and the rest remain the same. I wrote them a letter with a response everytime " email not the same.

Courier me the documents to my address as per system and scan my id. Too much for them
