Natis docs still not received more than a month later!!!!!

It’s been more than a month I paid off my car and I still have not received my Natis documents. Been trying to sell my car, but how could I when my docs are still not sent to me. The email I received on the 12 May 2020 confirmed that I will receive my docs in 10 working days. 10 working days came and went, I called and was told I will receive the docs within 3 days. Nothing happened, called again and I was not they are in backlock n will receive my docs as in and when they sort out their backlock, asked for SLA so I could communicate to my buyer, I was told indefinitely. You guys are *********** and pathetic. I want my documents!
