Natis certificate

I had an arrangement with MFC in January 2020 to pay an installment of R2500 per month for 10 months starting from 26 January 2020 ending 26 October 2020 and my natis certificate will be released. I honoured that agreement. In November 2020 I called MFC to request my natis certificate and I was told I am still owing and I explain to the consultant and she agreed that I do not owe MFC anything, she asked me to send an email to request the natis certificate and mention on the email where the natis certificate must be sent to, she gave me two options, it either I ask MFC to post the natis certificate or I can collect it from the nearest NEDBANK branch. I sent an email as she advised me to and the natis certificate did not arrive, I was surprised when I got the call from the same consultant who confirmed that I don't owe MFC and who advised me how to request for my natis certificate when she told me the last payment was made in October 2020 since then there have been no payments. I explained to her again and she said she will get back to me about my natis certificate. I have not heared anything from her. I sent her another email to request the natis certificate and there is no response. I have the emails confirming the agreement with them of which I honoured. I feel vindicated and abused by MFC. I am asking myself how many people are not getting their natis certificate because it seems like it is mission to get it a Natis certificate from MFC.
