My car was financed by MFC and my insurance company settled the debt after I had an accident on the 7th April 2026 and the car was written off

My car was financed by MFC and my insurance company settled the debt after I had an accident on the 7th April 2026 and the car was written off. I logged in to check if there was still an outstanding amount on the 28th and the balance was R0.00. I've been sending emails to Lesego and MFC but there is no response. I phoned several times but nothing happens, it's always "your query has been escalated as urgent" I'm really over this. I've sent screenshorts from the 28th where it showed that my balance was R0.00 no one is getting back to me. The one time Lesego picked up, she told me that on the system it shows that the credit shortfall is still outstanding and I asked for her direct email address so I can forward an email from my insurance company stating that it was paid. I haven't got a response, I've sent her follow up email and phoned but I get put on hold for a long time then again "your query has been escalated as urgent" but nothing happens.
