My backs against the wall

I have been a loyal client of MFC for nearly 10 years i have purchased all my vehicles through them. I recently asked for a restructure for 6 months as i had several funerals which i had to pay for. They only gave me three. I tried my best but still need another 2 montha grace for half payment. I was i formed after the fact that you can only get one restructure a year, but your call centre says you can get up to 6 months. I was not properly informed i would have then not accepted the 3 monts and fought for the 6 monthz, i just want an opportunity to fknd myself financially i know its not MFC fault but i need some help and i cannot see why the institution i have shown loyalty to cannot help me
