My complaint follows after i have claimed with mfc innovation group for a golf 7gti that has overheated and burnt in the engen. The only thing they said is that vw emalahleni didnt give them a proper failure report. My claim came after i tried with my insurance hollard because on that day i was bumbed on my front bumber but the was no major damage as the car did not report anything. Hollard towed my car and sent a fire specialist to my car and the results were that the car had a mechanical failure thats why it has burnt.
