What a pathetic service from MFC, I called MFC today morning at 08:10 and i was made to hold on for almost an hour, waiting for their legal team to reply the phone, they over charged me, I was trying to ask why my account was over charged this month. I called the twice and called their complaints call centre and wrote an email to their complaints department, did I get assistance till now , a big DOLOLO, what a horrible service indeed
