Not sure how they do bussines if it's not so e first time, I have phoned them last week already about my renualt kiger that was settled and my debit order that must be refunded I was told it would take 5 day, then 10 days on Thursday, there was other people that got the Friday they picked up the new car got the refund on the same day, it's just mfc, and the renault kiger that was settled I dont have it anymore why was the shortfall on that car not canceled? Seeing the new car is also financed by you?
