Motorcycle Settlement

I settled my motorcycle in March 2013. I was promised to recieve Natis papers to exchange ownership in Seven days. I have recieved nothing and have been blatently ignored by MFC.

I have visited Nedbank in Beacon Bay in East London over 10 times and they have not received anything with my name on it. The straw that broke the camels back was when 3 weeks ago I phoned MFC at Nedbank(telephone) and a lady gave me false tracking details for Montys deliveries. I phoned this Monty's, they did not know what I was talking about. Let me make you aware of the waiting period when phoning MFC, on average I had to hold on the line 25 minutes per call to speak to a consultant. With all this false information and poor communication I made at least 4 calls to MFC which equates to roughly 2 hours on the phone.

I later found out that the/my Natis papers are somewhere in Cape Town, if you look at the below correspondence, I never said that I stay in Cape Town, how they were delivered in Cape Town nobody knows.

I have sold this motorcycle, but I cannot change ownership to the buyer since MFC and Nedbank are giving me the run around regarding the Natis documentation. This is unacceptable . If I missed a payment I would have received a call from MFC the following day!. It's been four months
