26 months later and still MFC refuses to give me a proper statement of the ********** vehicle they financed. They just send a lazy screenshot of an Excel spreadsheet, not the proper statement with all the details. Not a surprise, considering MFC Managers will overlook overbooked values, protect ******* resellers, cover up *****, threaten with ******* behaviour and coersion when you take them on, refuse to answer direct questions, refuse to send statements for 2 years sofar, mark me as someone that defaulted due to repossession/write-off yet every payment is up to date and the car in my possession, refusing to remove my name from the credit report database. They also ignored the Ombudsman's instructions and will do as they please, zero accountability. The new ********* are these kinds of people. ******* to the core.
