Motor Finance Company will hang you out to dry

We gave MFC the opportunity to do the right thing (see my previous review for details) but they opted to leave us hanging dry. They passed the buck to the ombudsman whom, on receipt of our complaint, responded that they may only be able to look at out complaint in a month's time because not the number of cases. This is a extremely poor reflection on the South African motor industry in general, is it not?
