Most disgusted by MFC/Innovation Group

MFC/Innovation Group staff are the worst ***** ever!! Since 01 May to date I am still waiting on someone to call me in order to correct my warranty cover for my car. Firstly it was such a hassle having them commence it and now that I needbtbe cover which I am paying for to still be added to my policy, imagine...I have to beg for them to have business, this is so pathetic. Being an employee of Nedgroup I am most disgusted by the lies told by the staff who pick up the phones and make empty promises, Lebo and Lindiwe in customer care. I know I will still have to end up calling in once again, I have lost count by now and be promiser once again by people thinking one is stupid. Highly unsatisfied due to high expectations and low quality service.
