Monthly statement
Good day
Every time i ask Teddy Ann to send me my vehicle finance statement, she takes weeks to respond yet she is the one handling my account
I have requested that my vehicle finance statement to be sent to me monthly, I was told the I need to subtract the monthly debit order from my previous last statement as the account interest rate is calculated and fixed
All I am asking for is for my account statement to be sent to me every month so I can stay up to date
