am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding my account restructure. I was told over the phone that the increased instalment was a once-off for September due to admin fees, but now I’m being charged the same amount again. I requested this relief to ease financial pressure, not make it worse. The misleading information and poor communication have caused confusion and inconvenience. I demand an urgent investigation, access to the call recordings, and a formal resolution.
