Misleading Customers

I bought a vehicle that was financed with MFC and after a few months the call centre called me to sell me a service plan i then questioned the agent regarding the cost and term involved he then told me the vehicle service plan will start at my next service mileage being 120000km and will continue until the vehicle does 180000km and it will end I will pay an amount of R785 per month that will be added to my installment and that amount will continue till my vehicle does 180000kms and after that service the service plan will seize and so will the monthly installments. I have paid that installment from 2014 and in Jan 2016 my vehicle had the 180000km service but I noticed I am still paying the extra amount even now. And the second thing MFC did was not take out R785 like agreed they was taking out R1000 per month without informing me. I called today to query when will the installment stop as the service plan is over i was told by MFC cust care that I have to pay until my finance term is over that is another 3 years so I am being ripped of to pay R1000 per month for 5 years R60000 for 7 Toyota services that with Hav been less than R20000. This is **************** i am takin legal action
