MISLEADING AND MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS.

This goes to this company that are so misleading that you cannot trust their consultants when engaging with them I received a call from a man called Neville. He tried to resolve the complaint about the rude consultant who called me. He came with a solution which sounded reasonable. Just to find out that I must pay more than my original contractual agreement. He never told me that I will be paying more and that a new agreement will be drawn up. I want my old contract in tackt ,because the new one is misleading and *********. Why he suggested it in the first place,without telling me that I will be paying more,just to change my payment date from the 1 st to 3 rd.,is bad,very bad. I'm paying my account on time,with proof of payment being sent to this company. So please consumers,read the fine print,and don't believe what they are telling you over the phone. So be aware of these kind of companies
