Mislead by mfc

I trusted mfc so much thinking they have my best interest at heart. Recently i took my car to service as we agreed and only to find that they will not pay for the service i pay them to. When i called they told me the service has expired, but they never informed me of such so i can make an informed decision. Finaly i layed a complain which i had to cal them back n they gave me excuses like we call you n couldn't find you n left a voice mail but i have never receive such. All i want from them is to pay for my 60000km as we aggred in the first place n we part ways. This is not treating customers fairly
