MIGHTY HIGH HORSE CALLED MFC!!!

I am disappointed in how MFC handles their clients. No extra mile in sight. I Deposit my salary into the bank. I have a loan with the bank and a credit card that Ive faithfully paid but now that I want to buy a car through MFC there is no hope in sight. I recently app**** for car finance but was told by MFC in the Nedbank branch that they are too high and mighty to talk to me as a normal person and was referred to the dealer. The dealer does not want to give feedback. So MFC get off your high horse and learn how to deal with your clients.
