MFC's errors leaving my child to starve.

On the 25th of July an eft was paid to mfc for my car installment, it's an arrangement I made with mfc as I have inconsistent income dates so the debit order won't work out but I can ensure they receive their payments monthly. I'm the only one working at home so my budget is extremely tight too.

On the 1st of August mfc then debited my account, even though they had received their payment 6 days prior. this is the 3rd time this happens.

Every time I send them proof of payment and I get an apology that it wasn't allocated to my account on time, this time I was too late to reverse the debit order and had to request the refund from them. They apologized and told me a refund takes 5 to 7 working days.

I explained that I have not yet bought food for my infant son or paid my rent and now I have no money to which I was told that they will speed up the refund.

Now it's long weekend, my prepaid electricity is finished, my baby boys formula is finished, my food in the freezer is rotting. And they are unavailable to give me back my money which was taken without any reason.

Please, MFC, people are suffering because of your errors.
