MFCs Double deduction incurred penalty fees
MFC over-deducted my bank account which forced an overdraft, and the bank subsequently penalised me with overdraft charges. The bank is charging me R 1308 and R57. <br> <br> MFC has only refunded me with R 155. When will I receive the R 1380 ?<br> <br> Also I want to know what happened to Siyanda who dropped my call after speaking to him for 13 minutes. there must be some corrective measure taken to ensure he doesn't drop calls intentionally as this influences your client service.<br> <br> Further, no explanation was given to me regarding what went wrong and how MFC will ensure this doesn't happen again.<br> <br> Please let your manager or supervisor contact me in this regards.<br> <br> Ivan<br>
