MFC/Nedbank Inefficiency

Since 1994 my cars have been financed by either Wesbank or Mercedes Benz. 2022 I have my Mercedes Benz financed by MFC/Nedbank. I have never encountered such .....inefficiency The monthly debit order could failed to go through on the 1st December 2022 due to insufficient funds. I called MFC to ask for the details on manual payment procedure. I made an EFT 08/12/2022. MFC called 15/12/2022 to follow up on my promise & asked for proof of payment. I emailed POP as requested 15/12/2022. MFC sent x2 emails on 16/12/2022 instructing me to make a payment. MFC calls me everyday to ask "why are not paying the car?" 19/12/2022 MFC dropped an email confirming receipt of the payment. 20/12/2022 08:30 MFC calls to ask "why have missed your payment" Guys!!!! Ek is gatvol!!!! I wish I never new these people... I have never felt harrased in this manner before.....I never did bussiness with MFC/Nedbank before and do not wish to in the future 😠 😡 👿
